On Saturday 22. June 2013 the village will get together again in the fields on Chapel Lane for a day of community fun. You can click on the link to see what we got up to last year to celebrate the Jubilee.

Here are some details of the events so far planned for the day. Please bookmark this page, and come back for the latest information.

There are two events - the first is in the afternoon, open to all, from 2pm to 4:30pm. Entrance is £1 per adult with children under 14 free. The evening event is intended for adults, and costs £8 per person - tickets must be bought in advance from Jane Evans (853129).

In the Afternoon from 2pm:
Falconry Display; Taekwondo Display; Dog Show (Waggiest Tail, Best Behaved, Best in Show); Cupcake Competition (Best Decorated Under 12, Best Decorated Over 12, Best Cup Cake 16 and Over); Miniature Garden Competition (Under 5, 5-10, 10-16); Flower Competition (a Selection of Garden Flowers in a Vase - all ages); PLUS Side Shows, Tombola, Children's Races, Football Competition, Pony Rides, Fire Engine (really!); AND Teas, Ice Cream and Hot Dogs.

Evening Party in the Paddock, from 7:30pm to Midnight
In the marquee, two bands will be playing - The Saddows (Shadows Tribute) and Midnight Train (Rhythm & Blues).
